The Haiti National Football Team represents Haiti in international men’s association football. Haiti is administered by the FHF (Fédération Haïtienne de Football), the governing body for football in Country. They have been a member of the FIFA since 1934, a member of the CONCACAF since 1961 and a member of the CFU (Caribbean Football Union) since 1978. The Team home ground is Stade Sylvio Cator in Port-au-Prince and their head coach is Patrice Neveu. It has one of the longest football traditions in the region and were the second Caribbean team to make the World Cup, which was their only appearance in 1974, but were beaten convincingly in the opening qualifying stages by three of the pre-tournament favorites; Italy, Poland, and Argentina. Their most recent achievement was in 2007, when the national team won the 2007 Caribbean Cup.
